The owner of this co-op bought this apartment as a foreclosure and then asked us to help minimize the renovation costs and give them something simple, yet colorful that added a sense of warmth and tranquility to the home.  

 

This project included the gut renovation of a one bedroom co-op.  Brown and Stone worked closely with the homeowner during the design and construction of the work.
